20 degree air, cold tires and 370 rwhp = bad stuff. I just about stuffed the shitbox into the wall coming out of work tonight. I shifted into 2nd gear and touched the gas pedal right as I crested a small hit right outside of our gaurd shack. Next thing you know I'm sideways and sliding torwards my buddys truck. I had a choice of either my buddys truck or the cement railroad bridge wall. I chose the wall but luckily got her stopped before hitting it. Damn I gotta get some better driver skills.

I get my tires from tread depot, super cheap but then you have to get them mounted and balanced elsewhere. Unless you can do it at work, $411 sounds like a pretty good deal out the door with M/B.

Only problem is the jdm itr conversion is done so much. I would have probably done a usdm itr conversion if my teg didn't already have the sir-g front end. Ill work with what I have. May get an automatic integra four door and put my front end on it and let my wife drive it.

"all the solenoid does is operate a valve. it allows oil pressure to kick the VTEC high cam rocker arms in. it's a switch opperated by an electric signal. just think of it as either "on" or "off". replacing a working solenoid will do nothing for performance.

your dick needs blood pressure to get hard, VTEC needs oil pressure to kick on. restrict your blood flow and you get no hard dick. restrict your oil flow and you get no VTEC. replacing your blood vessles/muscles around them with identicle ones will keep things exactly the same just like replacing your solenoid will do nothing...unless either is broken. i do not recommend placing viagra in your oil and i do not recommend injecting your dick with amsoil."

Dumont, I have come to respect Glock a little more given that I used to carry a S/A XDM .40 as my daily. The Glock is sooooo much lighter. Currently using this Glock 23, I love it. Perfect size to conceal and don't have to worry about the bulk of a full size. Selling it tomorrow and gonna run up to SPD to get my new one since I get a wee small discount.....:ninja:

obd1 in civics uses one o2 sensor before the cat and thats it, and is generally lower tech than obd2. as time progresses technology gets smaller, and so did the ecu, circuit boards, and chip sizes. in obd2 the whole emissions craze came into full swing and cars were scrutinized more carefully. in obd2 in civics at least, 2 o2 sensors became the norm and a knock sensor was added that i know of. i have obd2 and had to fool my 2nd o2 sensor since im not running a cat.

In 99 civic front ends the head lights became more pointy at the inner corners, which affected the shape of the hood, fenders, and bumper cover. The bumper cover was given two "slanted slots" as I call them on both sides of the opening under the grill. They are where 99 and 00 civics put their foglights, unlike mine (check my sig). Thats about it. Many 96-98 civic owners convert their front ends to the 99-00 front end (kinda like what you teggys do with your front ends) but have to replace a shit load of parts. hood, fenders, and bumper all painted and installed can cost a pretty penny. civics and tegs changed at different years.

93.5-95.1 jdm tegs - same front end as here 94-97

SiR-G tegs - came with chrome housing jdm headlights and no lip

Type R tegs - came with black housing jdm headlights with a lip

98+ Type R tegs - came with black housing jdm headlight with a lip and option to upgrade to HID headlights. (there will be a circle on headlights around low beams)

You don't NEED it but it's highly recommended unless you want to go through tires quicker.

In a nut shell, buying the camber kits are a good choice when lowering a car due to the simple fact that you can dial out negative camber from it being lowered. Otherwise, your tires will wear faster on the inside and unevenly.

I will also say that cheap shit is a good temporary. I was rocking eghey coilovers on my sol ( not by choice ) and they weren't that bad. I would have swapped them out within a years time though.

They were rolled like crazy we spent like half an hour in each fender. Yeah in the rear maybe a centimeter ... I think it's the offset of my wheels their 15x8 with 0 offset!
