Spoiler Alert: Stig doesnt drive it, they never take it on any track and he never really gets on it that you know of. A car capable of over 200mph and its all highway driving at highway speeds. He gets bored with it because the interior is cheap and theres no fancy electronics in the center console. I was disappointed in the episode.

Clutch was upgraded in the GTI yesterday. I had no idea the break in period would be this rough though. I'm thinking I should have gone with the full kit instead of just the clutch disc so I wouldn't have this flywheel "adjustment" problem? Plus it would have helped the horrible rev hang in this car...

I actually dont get much attention in my gt500. I got more in my '03 Cobra then this car. The Black '11 GT500 is my older brothers and he has the standard seats. My Dads car is the '14 GT/CS and his standard seats are comfy as well. My '13 has the Recaros and I absolutely love them.

Installed my VWR subframe mount today. What a little annoying bitch that was. The stock one just did NOT want to come out.

Car feels 10x more solid though. Definitely worth the annoying installation. Plus, APR had two TTRS's in the shop, so I had some wonderful eye candy to look at while doing the install :D

Coming in here is like walking into the great room of a former 5 star hotel, you can see why at one point it was great, but the lack of upkeep and the gaping hole in the roof that has allowed the elements in has caused it to be hollow and void. I miss the days of sitting in the parking lot and shooting the shit with everyone. It wasnt perfect, but it was simple, free, and rewarding on the good days (fuck the idiots who came and made it horrendous with their wanting to race and one up everyone.)
