So i have the squeak from hell coming from the inside of my integra. Its coming from the rear drivers side. It sounds like its coming from the inside but i dont think it is. It kind of sounds something like the noise you would make if you rubbed two coins together. Heres the kicker though, it only happens when its hot outside/in the car. During the night and when its cooler out you cant hear it. Also it started when i swapped my si's for the blades. Any ideas???

So I replaced the adjuster cable as it was loose
And getting new calipers and pads tomorrow, had to order them
They are double piston I had some trouble finding a store that had them and have only read of one forum even mentioning them
They're all single piston

Yeah, man. Not sure if I am going to put them on the new project once it gets brought out of the garage or not. Took them to a garage and we removed all the wheel weights that were on there. put them on the machine and the balance on them was perfect so not really sure why all the weights were on there. One wheel alone had 27 or 29 1/4 ounce weights on there. lol

I dont know if anyone on here will care but Cobb County is paying for people to go through a training class through Chattahoochee Tech to get trained as an Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic. After you graduate their class, Lockheed will hire you per the requirements of the course and through an agreement with Cobb County. The only problem is you have to be a resident of Cobb County. So if you are in need of a job, or if you know anyone who is in Cobb that needs a job, Pass this info on.

Becky's grandfather passed away, had a 49(?) Pontiac convertible sitting in the garage. The only badge on it is "Silver Streak", which I think is a badge for the engine. Image searching yields a bunch of cars that look similar, but nothing exact. We're trying to build some knowledge so we can restore it.

Mine is a 53 Chevy. Most of the GM's from 49/50 to 54 are close to the same for the most part. They are very dependable cars. There is a 49 sitting in a field in Fisher Rd. too.

funny you mention it.... Uh.... We're replacing the clutch, new fender headlights then its up for sale. We decided to try and make a profit with it (it'd be marginal but something). He decided he'd like to have a "peanut eye" (aka "blob eye") 04-05 body style. Idk... I just think he doesn't like the color and doesn't wanna do a color swap. In any event, a decent 02 WRX ill be up for sale in a little while if anybody's interested.

I remember before I got mine we were talking and you mentioned liking that SRP. At the time I thought it was as ugly as sin, but its grown on me and I agree- its a fantastic color. Especially since there weren't that many made in that color. I personally think the gold wheels set it off nicely with the yellow fogs. But i'm partial I guess. hahaha

My B16A? It ran perfectly fine.. YOU should know that..

Then after I bent some valves.. I purchased a head from a guy on here. Put it on my block, NOT knowing it was on a LSV previously..the bottom of the head was blocked off for LS block. so that why i never could hit VTEC after that...

You do realize the IV rear bumper won't fit. I'm assuming you're referring to the JDM rear? That's what I plan on going with but they have gone up in price as of April; cost is ~$800 new.

For exterior mods I plan on doing the following...

it probably did. I pulled it and the system (stock) worked like it was supposed to.
I debated it for months and finally bought a quality Perrin MBC last week and put it in and adjusted it yesterday. As long as you can avoid PTFB the 02-03 WRX's are great with one if you don't get crazy with the numbers. (16-17 max)
I know guys that have been running them without a tune for 5+ years and almost 100k miles- without issues. I know of one guy in alaska using one with bolt-ons and no tune who's cracked into the 12's with bolt-ons (and its his daily).
Starting in 04 the OL/CL (open loop/ closed loop) delay is too long to safely run an MBC, but the 02-03 cars delay time is virtually non-existent.
As for software.... I wanna get a tune, but I wanna get a couple other things first that would adversly affect said tune, so I'm gonna wait for now. I know the biggest safest gains I'll ever get, will come from a tune. I seen one guy pick up 10whp and 53wtq from a tune running basically the same mods as me. Will i have the same gains? Maybe, but not likely. Different tuner, different car, not the exact same setup, etc... But the point is, i know i should get a tune and the benefits associated with it.. lol

Coob's stuff (at least mine) takes 45 seconds to change with upgrades. IE: add an exhaust, plug in the AP, scroll down, put in the new tune in. I ran the race gas tune for a few days last week. It took longer to full the car up than it did to change the sioftware program.
