OK... So my father bought the Gen 4 GLOCK from our buddy bacon and we finally had a chance to shoot it yesterday. Keep in mind i typically dispise polymer frame guns (I never found one that I found comfortable), I am now in the process of selling my Beretta 92 to buy a brand new Gen 4 G17. Alright as of lately! Shortly after my last dyno session my Fuel Pump took a shit, but I actually started it yesterday and backed it out of the garage. Other than that its just been sitting around doing nothing like normal. Hopefully here in two weeks I'll be able to order my gears for my "New" trans so I'm looking forward to that. I just hope this one will last a little longer! Hopefully with the Cryo treatment, Countershaft support plate, new mainshaft, and pre-loading the bearings it should hold up. Well all of that and I'm not gonna run slicks anymore so that will be the main factor!

I saw the pics from the link. Not really liking the one STi drivers seat and not having one on the passenger side. Other than that, it looks good.

Got more in depth with my motor. From what I can tell without taking the head off and only from what I can see from underneath, everything looks good. There is some kind of five letter stamping on the block face that the oil pan presses to that makes me think some machine works has been done at least once. I need to get ahold of some metal letter stamps so that I can tag the head and the block with my own serial number. Header is at my buddy's house along with the tunable length test pipe and hopefully the transmission will come next week.

finally delivered that 79 super beetle, did a tune up on it :plugs, wires, coil, condenser, points, cap, rotor, oil change, fuel filter and full detail, when we got it, it could barely hit 40, it took basically from the light at discount tire to the light at fisher road to get to 40. When it was returned, it could hit 65 no problem. Fun car, even though only had 40hp.
