first of all Baldie, the WOT logs are virtually done. I just gotta test out one small adjustment and its over. The car has (and always had) a slight low rpm/low load knock issue that I've slowly tuned out and I just wanna verify its gone hence the stop and go bull shit.

Let me see how the night is going with the relatives first but I'll let you know. I appreciate the offer.

This is what I have left to do:
- Reinstall the downpipe for the last time hopefully.
- Install dumptube for external wastegate.
- Locate a 1/2" T-fitting for the front breather hoses on the valve cover.
- Reroute the coolant hose from the expansion tank to the AOS.
- Cut the passenger side inner fender to allow for the intercooler pipe and air filter to go through.
- Once that is done, I then need to have a couple ports welded onto the intake inlet to allow for a breather hose to attach as well as the purge valve.

Cross my fingers and hope the POS starts.

You need air shocks to keep the rear off the bump stops or you may loose control while towing. Just my .02.

Turbo will get rebuilt as well since it's showing some shaft play. Will also be sending my coilovers out to be repaired (right front is blown).

I understand where you're coming from... I didn't have the weight on the trailer properly balanced... So it pushed the weight on the tongue....
But it didn't handle bad at all for how it it... And if I spend any money on bags... It's gonna be a full bagged suspension laying frame instead of just for helping tow.....

Fortunately the bottom end of the SVT Focus is forged except for the hypereutectic (spelling?) pistons which is its weak link. Stock motors in those cars are known for handling 16lbs without a build. Sucks to hear about those cylinders though.

Not sure on the size of the turbo. Jeremy may be able to provide the link to the guy that daily drives his with 16lbs. I may be wrong on the casting of the pistons but the crank and rods are forged.

Yup....for safety reasons.....lol. My tuner also sells rods and pistons and I know someone parting out their parts on a svt and have a set of rods and pistons I need.

Robert, you must be referring to john. He was running 19psi and had 364whp. Not sure what turbo, id have to look it up. He blew it up when they went for 400whp.
