Well Steve I gotta give you credit.....you called it hahahaha. Damn those Rovers are pricey to keep going. Only put about 2500 miles on it and in about 5 hours it'll be gone and I'll be picking up my new 2012 FJ Cruiser, Black and fulled loaded :) Im working closings for the next 6 days but I'll try to snag a few shots of it today before work. Car rides very nice. The visibility is hampered by the front windshield being so small and the back seats are not full size comfy like the Rover(Not kid friendly since they open suicide) but its a really nice ride. It'll be perfect to play with as well as DD. Its surprisingly stout with the 260hp/271ftlb V6 under the hood as well. I plan on blacking it out with new wheels and everything :boobies:

Air compressor replaced, both front air bags for the air suspension started leaking due to the cold weather , intermittent no starts, trans failsafe would lock in 4th/5th gear, lights would stay on even after turning them off....but when it was fine it was an amazing vehicle hahaha.

You have no idea. Im loving the FJ so far. I really really dig the aftermarket products as well. It has a vast selection of exterior and interior items where as the Rover had 20in+ rims and thats it hahaha.

On a side note I just ordered my new main bearings, oil pump shaft, Rod bearings and assembly lube. Now all I need are rings, and an oil pump and the long block can go back together!!! I fuckin hope it works better this time.

i was just doing the final turbo mock-up with coolant fittings/lines, oil fittings/line, IWG bracket and heatshield. gonna wrap the downpipe and trim the heatshield before final assembly. i set up my 38mm wastegate today at 1.2bar (17.6psi). i think it ships at 1 bar. got my injectors last week and im ordering a few interior goodies this week to go with my blue sti mats i picked up from the dealer yesterday.
i need to order my fmic and Grimmspeed ebcs in a couple weeks and track down another bov...

The bottom end on the MSP is a weak link. If they could handle a decent amount of power, I wouldn't mind having one as a daily. In fact, I would rather have the MP3 edition Protege.

If doing the Alaska thing, take extra time and do a tour inland. If you only see the Alaska coastline, you've missed 99% of whats really cool in Alaska. And no seeing the Touristy bullshit towns along the cruise stops doesnt count!

Today was just numerous little parts to replace things that have been bothering me such as a new interior side garnish panel, door felt so I can redo the window film without scratches, a bulb, replacement grommets for the front bumper so the corners don't stick out just a hair, and a new knock out panel to remount my radar detector LED and garage door button. The only things of any interest are the door sill plates. Finally there is not a single part on my vehicle that says "Acura" or "RSX".

No no, you're thinking of me bitching and being anal about how I wanted the entire sill, not just the plates. The complete sill is impossible to find, so I finally settled for the plates. What I like that I didn't know before was that they mount with a very specific type of OEM adhesive backing, not 3M mounting tape as most people on CRSX claim.
