Insurance company is receiving photos and receipts today. They said upfront that I will be compensated for additional items installed onto the vehicle although its only gonna be a certain percentage.
Plans for the next build are being sorted out now and once I get word of approx how much money I'll be receiving the car hunt will begin and parts shall be ordered.
I set the bar fairly high with the Lude- hopefully I can surpass it....

Points for you. lol Yeah the claims guy is really cool and said to send him pictures and receipts. I asked if he wanted me to put the pictures on the disk. He said no. I said damn.... He asked why I eas disapointed. I told him there were roughly 1200+ pictures to send. He said to only send 4 of the most recent ones just for verification. lol Props to Teng for getting me those pics from last week. They truly capture the spirit of the car and its condition.
I dropped a packet off tio my insurance agent with the receipts and mod list (final tally was $5736 :eek: not including some minor bodywork, maintenance or the cost of the car). She opened the packet and said there was WAY too much to fax to the claims guy and she was gonna have to make coppies and mail it to him. She also said that I was a claim adjusters dream with great organization and my claim should not be problematic.
So with any luck I'll get a decent amount back and I shouldn't have to fight with them about it. So props to state farm and their comprehensive vehicle protection policy! :goodjob:

Man it's in bad shape. One of the ears broke off on a clutch disc, and almost all of the material has worn off a majority of the clutches. No wonder traction has been such an issue lately.

I'd love to be able to say it was from the brute power but we all know that is a lie.

I know times are tough and I have been out of work for 4 months and could use the money, but I'm at an unfair advantage in that you don't know me and I do. I also stay within the "acceptable" range. If the speed limit is 65, I go 70. There's quite a difference between speeding and racing. It will be impossible to lay a claim that I'm a hypocrite.
