It had some great flex when i got it... but i modified it and made it flex more....
It has hi/low gearing that you can change on the remote while its away from you...
it crawls really well and actually helps you practice and makes you think what to do in the really thing...
only problem is it is heavy as shit like 35+lbs but its not enough for the tires to grip on hard rocks... but then again thats trying to go crazy crawling and shit
there are no aftermarket support for it but guys go crazy with the things... i think all the forums have finally died for it...

I already had these tires on the rotas and they have decent tread on them. After the swap is done I will be dropping down to 205/50. The +32 offset gives me one hell of a wide track.

Billy - What has failed in your current motor? If you were to rebuild the current motor, you need to factor in a couple extra hundred dollars for misc parts. Looking at this on paper, it seems like finding a used motor is the way to go. My issue would be, I wouldn't want to just do a simple swap-a-roo, I'd want to install something more fun like a B-series.

Hahaha I dismantle them in my sleep now. lol I thought dad's luck with the car had finally changed. He had an injector fail and cost him his first motor. Sketchy machine shop work hindered his second motor. This motor is great was a breeze to tune, makes awesome power, and then to have the shitty 5spd fail pisses me off....

That guys termi is nice, though some spots with the thickness gauge came out a little thick. Average on the car was like 5-7 microns, but there was a section or two that were in the 13-15 range.

Yeah, They backed out of a spot, dragged a rare bike (#67 of 100) down the side of the car, knocked it over, tried to pick it up, and dropped it on the other side.......bike was totalled. The funny part is when the police were called, they send out a Trauma team and fire trucks thinking it was a bike (with rider) and car accident. I was eating food in a restaraunt and not near the bike.

Run the fuck away! You can tell it was modded then de-modded... A cold air, depending on model, can be disasterious on a stock tune. Hell, the stock tune is pretty bad in and of itself on some of these cars...
It originally had a front mount on it, and who knows if it was previously tuned for certain mods then demodded but still "tuned"? Just some FYI: unless you run a subaru shop and/or have spare shit everywhere (like somebody we all know...) a used motor is anywhere from $1200-2000 grand from a junkyard.
Steve will tell you that they're unreliable, while this isn't completely true, I will say say that they're getting older now and more and more maint. is being neglected and more questionable mods/components are being installed meaning more shit to go wrong in a big way. Unless you do what tommy and I did and find a super nice/clean/well maintained near virgin car, its risky business to get one if your not prepaired to pay to play....

Steve, you say they're reliable yet haven't all of yours failed at some point or another or is it the fact that the cars are abused?
To clarify, I've never said they were unreliable, just not as reliable as other performance vehicles. It's a car that you drive with the thought in the back of your head, "what will break this time"? Now I can honestly say I've yet to have a major mechanical issue with my personal vehicle.
