This is an internet forum, and generally you "will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy." (Star Wars, 1977). That is, people are going to sling stuff around all the time, because it's fun, and because we have no idea who you are, and we're bored at work. If I do know who you are, I'll probably sling harder, because this is the internet, and it doesn't matter at all in real life.

All I know about you is that your SN is JDMPeez, which I assume is slang for "Japanese Domestic Market Peas"which I still don't understand. But that's ok, cause it's just the internet.

If you would like, come out tonight and meet some folk, realizing that whoever you may think someone is online, he or she is probably not like that in real life. But also realize that nobody there cares about internet respect points, street cred, or revenge. We're just normal folks looking to kill a Friday night.

Ok, I"ll jump on the grenade here and spell it out for you here Peas. I only personally know a handful of the folks here in the trusty Newnan thread and rarely make it to any of the meets. The ones that I do know and have met are good standup guys and gals, all of whom are very respectful people and carry themselves as such. We all have a common interest, cars. You will see domestic people, import people, truck people, black people, white people, Asian people, and a few fat ones too. What you will not see here in this thread, or at the meets is gangs, threats, violence, drugs, racing, and “thug like” behavior. I cannot speak for everyone, but I will go out on a limb and say most of us have no use for idiotic behavior and threats. This is pretty much what you have shown in every post in this thread. It’s real easy to act like an idiot and make all kinds of threats. Most of the good people will sit back, watch, and never say a thing. Growing up to be a respected member of a group takes time and hard work. For the most part, being part of a group like this can spawn friendships and much knowledge. Nobody will be making a mad dash to a character like yourself, acting as you have. Your “Target Market” doesn’t exist here.

Now, on to my “pickle” with you. I generally do not make a practice of screwing with people. However, I could tell that yours posts were starting to irritate a number of folks here, whom are generally not confrontational. In my opinion, your rants and raves were kind amusing to read, although they had a tendency to frustrate others. When questioned about your dialect, you respond with violence and anger. Again, I found this amusing, others did not. Now, you have to be really careful with the internet. You posts are permanent, just like herpes and merlot stains on a rug. That being said, you made threats to myself and others in a public forum. You made threats to people that you have never even met. Now, this might be a successful method of scaring people on myspace, but it is not here. Now, for future reference, I would strongly researching things before threatening to punch people in the face. First of all, LEO reads these threads, and there are members who work for the local authorities. Trust me on this one. Your threats directed at me could have (and still might) have you thrown in jail so fast that it will make your head spin. The good people that organize this informal meet do not need this negative attention either. Secondly, you never know exactly who you are making threats against. You might have a 5’2” passive high school kid, you could have a cop, or you could have a 6’3” skinhead with a blackbelt, and years of experience tossing people through windows and kicking out teeth. The internet is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get. Having said that, you threatened me in a public forum and I will warn you in a public forum. I would strongly suggest you cut your losses and not make threats here.

Now have a little respect for people who organize this thread and informal meet and behave like an adult. Take a minute to look over your posts and make them in simple English, or people will not read them or take you serious. Strings were pulled in order to have a spot to meet. If trouble goes down there, there will be a lot of angry people, including myself. If you want to act like a jackass, go to a party or street corner to do this. I have done this. Go to home depot and buy all tools new. So, if and when you break them you can return or exchange for another one.

Pretty much all of my tools have a lifetime warranty, and my breaker bar would snap before my socket did. It's a 30mm impact gun socket.
I do need to go get a metal pipe tomorrow. The one from my jack is just barely too small.

CelicaTech does an annual meet late April/early May. Last year, I only saw maybe 4 or 5 on the entire route.
There are some places where it's worse than others. The Dragon's Tail is the worst of it, but that's because there are 318 curves in 11 miles. There are times you can go maybe 40-50 just to have to slam on your brakes to keep from flying off a mountain.

We usually stay in Knoxville the night before (where we have a night meet), then wake up, grab breakfast, and drive down to Maryville to get on 129. We ride the dragon all the way down to Robbinsville, NC, to regroup/refuel/repair, then head back and jump on the Cherohala Skyway. The start of that road is policed a bit because of all the curves, but once you hit the middle of it, it opens up.

a good medium grade clay, polish and wax will do wonders on acid rain soaked paint.

Like billy said a good polish will do wonders. While it wont remove most acid rain marks (and hard water spots) it will greatly reduce the look. Also using a glaze after you polish will help fill those acid rain marks then topping with a good wax will also help.

Clay for me only works on hard water marks (when it leaves deposits) otherwise clay wont do anything for the etching because its below surface.

An old AF friend of mine has an '03 thats running 10.5's right now with a small bit of work. Fucking things a beast! The last motor he had in it was putting down 671 RWHP on only 7 cylinders. Had some major problems with that one on the dyno and ended up having to tearing it back down and going with his current combo.

I see,the only thing that i really dont like is no power windows or locks but i would try and get those converted to power later on probably. If i kept the teg i would just end up getting a swap done so either way ill end up swapping the engines most likely. I really dont like the paint on my teg so thats one of the reasons im thinking about trading as well. Im still on the fence though,so we'll see.

I see,the only thing that i really dont like is no power windows or locks but i would try and get those converted to power later on probably. If i kept the teg i would just end up getting a swap done so either way ill end up swapping the engines most likely. I really dont like the paint on my teg so thats one of the reasons im thinking about trading as well. Im still on the fence though,so we'll see.

Door lock actuators can be installed afterward easily when you hook up an aftermarket alarm. Keep the manual windows. They arent as bad as everyone makes it :P

99 ls teg and State farm wants like 160 a month for full coverage which seems high compared to what my friends pay for full coverage.I have a clean slate,no accidents etc...maybe its just me.

i'm paying a little less than that for liability and comprehensive on a 2002 WRX.
I was paying like 125 a month for my 92 Prelude. Again liability and comprehensive- not full coverage.

EDIT: They haven't found out about my 3 tickets and for some reason my accident never showed up when they ran a check on me. lol
EDIT 2: State Farm as well. Wouldn't use another company after my latest experience. lol

Jason, Steve and whoever else-If the weather is nice my buddy will bring out the Cobra to the meet on Friday but I can say im 99% sure he wont run you on the street. Right now it only has a CAI but its still very peppy. It wont stay this stock for very long I can promise you that. He should be handing me my own ass in no time haha.

Tried the breaker bar, putting a pipe on the breaker bar, and jumping on it. With PB Blaster, soaking for going on three days.
Torque spec is 137 ftlbs.

If I have to, I'll go out and buy one. Just trying to not spend all of my moving money.
