Nice meeting you guys last night! I got lucky on the way home and didnt get pulled over. Even made it through two cops pulled over on both sides of 154 without getting a ticket! I'm working on the exhaust today to remedy that issue.

My service manager and I are looking for a fun German car to mess with. We were originally thinking of a mkiv GTI (Obviously reliability is not what we're concerned about haha), but this Audi was presented to me from someone at APR, so I just thought I'd throw it out there and see what you guys thought. Why not support Fiat and modify one of those to show customers the potential the cars have. I wouldn't mind test driving an Abarth edition. That would be a fun DD.

Honest answer? Because FIAT can't produce enough vehicles for us to have breathing room like that. Especially with the amount of choices that come with these cars. It's frustrating. The most we've done is lower one on some aftermarket wheels with window tint. The Abarth is our only performance car.

As far as test driving, right now, most dealerships are only letting serious buyers test drive the Abarth. They're in too high of a demand for us to (once again) have that kind of breathing room. It's really fun to drive though, and it sounds soooo good. Our jaws dropped when they started that car up for the first time lol To be honest, it almost rivals a (stock) GTI.

MSRP is $22,000 unless you order one from factory. Then you have to include a $700 destination charge.

These cars come with a ridiculous amount of options, so the price can vary depending on what you want your car to look like. There's a $2495 market adjustment that's non-negotiable because of the high demand. These cars are pretty much take it or leave it. We get about 5-6 people a week wanting one, so we're in no hurry to get them out the door.

They're great cars and give the Fiat so much more power (nothing impressive by your standards though, I'm sure). It's a real blast to drive too, and you can actually hear the turbo. If I hadn't been so in love with the GTI and still had the Miata to trade, I probably would have bought one.

1) I can afford the GTI and anything/everything that comes along with it.
2) I can afford to fix the Porsche (which is what I'm in the process of doing before we sell it) AND still maintain the GTI.
3) I can afford to buy a "project" car which will be shared with my service manager and I at the dealership so we can have fun and do stupid shit WHILE still being able to afford to fix the Porsche (which is what I'm in the process of doing) AND still maintain the GTI.

I've had my B5 S4 since January and on top of the car itself I've sank $3k in it...and that's NOT go fast mods(working on them is also a nightmare, you have to pull the front end off for absolutely everything)..and not replacing turbos or even touching the timing. Be smart. Save your money and get something worth keeping. Audi's are money pits, especially older Audi's.

Realistically 250ish. I have a boost leak though. Fix that and I'll be high 280's low 290's. I'd like to upgrade the turbos and do a straight 3.5" exhaust(turbos back) and have 400awhp all day long but thats a little more than I'd like to spend. Honestly after I fix the boost leak and a few misc. things it'll be suspension work and maintenance. I want it to stay looking stock but just upgrade little things here and there.

There's a lot of guys on Audizine/VWVortex/S4Forum that are running 350ish on stock twins with intake, piggies, exhaust, chip and water/meth. which if you buy used parts you can get all of that under $2k.

so the locksmith showed up and uses a tool to reach through the door and grab the lock and pull it up......but it won't pull up....its stuck. so he does the same thing to the other door and it opened right up (there is only a key hole on the drivers door). now i get in through the passenger door, climb over to the drivers seat and hit the unlock button.....bam....it opens right up. i don't get it. i haven't messed with it any more but i will play around with it tomorrow.

i didn't renew my onstar last year since i had never used it the entire life of the vehicle. i did call onstar though to see if there was anything they could do. i had to have an active subscription in order for them to be able to locate the vehicle....i asked if i could activate a subscription at that point and they said that i had to be inside the vehicle to press the onstar button to activate it. read on a forum this morning that the same thing happened to another guy and he said he cycled the lock a few times electronically and all was well. we shall see

car is direct injected and there aren't any replacement injectors or high pressure pump available so we're doing the intake mani with 4 injectors and swapping the stock low pressure pump to something that flows more. stock pump flows 255gph but it just won't be enough. injector wise we will probably use 32's or 40's as its just additional fuel so that should be plenty. this is still in testing tho. the prototype intake mani just went on this weekend on a buddy's car and is still be thoroughly tested without the injector setup first since it will be a production piece when finalized. then testing for the injector setup will begin.

well mine is a ss version which has a direct injected turbo 2.0, shared in cobalt ss (08-10), pontiac solstice gxp, and the saturn sky redline. they only produced like 5000 hhr ss models per year from 08-10 so there really aren't that many around. but there is a pretty decent aftermarket for them with the shared platform

Forza Horizon looks like it could be cool. I have always liked racing games where you can just free roam in a city, becuase that shit can be entertaining in itself.

The Mustang looks better, sounds better, and has 100 more hp/tq. That is awesome!
