Dumont - I would have come helped earlier had the Kosei's fit from the get go. I had to roll the rear fenders and raise the rear 1.5".

The fender roller would not fit on her car so I had to us a heat gun and a rubber mallet. Needless to say, I did not crack the paint. I've rolled a few fenders in the past and never had an issue with the paint besides he couple of times where I had to fix my front fenders on the S after pullin into the V. Using a metal rod with no heat was my only option.

Just got back from Florida picking up my Grandpa's machines from his shop. Looks like its time to start stockpiling some stock!


Unfortunately I couldnt get the Lathe. Not enough room. But I ended up with the Mill, Vert/Horz Bandsaw, Shear/Brake/Roller, Oxy/Ace setup, and a shitload of hand tools and all the bits, grinders and measuring equipment that would fit in the back of the truck. Time to start fabricating!

Relatively speaking they're not a "light" wheel, they're comparable to a stock wheel depending on application. The original WORK Emotion forged wheel was a light wheel.

Don't waste your time with a non-turbo unless u wanna build a 99-01 2.5RS. The WRX's are slow as shit so the non- turbos are even slower. And although there is some aftermarket support, there's not enough.

the mossberg I have is the one ronel was shooting in that pic. Apparently some of the 500's wont accept different forearms from what I read- I'm worried mine is one of them... I have Winchester 1200 with a pistol grip, short barrel and no breecher and completely understand the "breaking your hand" part with any high brass loads. Although I did buy one of these: http://www.atigunstocks.com/p-317-talon-shotgun-rear-pistol-grip-mossberg.aspx (they obviously make a winchester version) and it has helped tremendously!

I was actually going to make yours first, but I already had a shade chart (a chart full of the different paint shades that makes it super easy to do a paint change) for the silver cars yours is will come later.

It's easiest if I can find a base car the same color as the one im trying to make. I found a subie wagon that is already red so I am doing steves wagon right now.

Asthetics mainly. The Blobeyes got crappier seats, and an additional sensor tied into the PCV valve/turbo inlet, and had a long delay in closed loop/open loop which proved extremely dangerous when dumbasses think they know what their doing and put in a manual boost controller without a tune.....


Peanut>Bugeye. All day, IMO.

I just picked this up last weekend when I was down at my Grandfathers. Its a Universal so its not well known for its reliability but for free I'm not bitchin. It's brand new and He had never cleaned it or shot it so I''m looking forward to running a few rounds through it. Now if I'll just get off me ass and head over to CMP in Alabama and get an M1 Garand i'll be set. Well other than the M-14 I want.

Uhhhh.... U can get a barebones Springfield for ~$550 thats a very faithful reproduction to the Colt (The are 99.999999% identical). The kimbers have a slightly different grip safety that is less reliable than the Colt and Springfield, but they are deffinately great guns! And honestly, most 1911 reps are fine- they are reliable/rugged by design. Sure I'd want to spend extra money and get one thaqts been put together with much better fit and finish, but as a whole 1911's are fantastic.
I may need to go out and buy a second one now.... lol

I want an M1A (m14) so bad... And a 1911... Another year till I can get my carry permit... I don't plan on carrying daily... So the 1911 will be fine for me... Plus I've always wanted one...


1911's are gay and a fad. They are big, heavy, old technology, and have no capacity. People like them because the are heavy and make a shitty shooter seem accurate.

i found a better base for my dakota... its red though... i will try and screw around with it

That is awesome. Only thing I would change would be a carbon hood on the front shot, slights darker blue, and no sideways kicked muffler. My exhaust will use a greddy Evo muffler.

this is the one i found..it has fender flares already and sort of r/t wheels...
i lowered it to about where i want it and put a roll pan on it... i really dont want to change the color to white though... that looks like a PITA

Thats why I really like when I can find a base that is already the color of the car. Although it isn't as bad as it sound if the base isn't shaded like crazy.
