Genetics do play a big part in working out!!! I hear ya on the broke college kid thing cuz I was once there. www.vitacost.com has the best deals on the internet(if you have the money to spend). If not stick to a badass high protein/high carb diet and lift alot...you should start to gain. But if you get any kind of protein get MUSCLE MILK COLLIGATE...it has the most carbs in it!! It's basically made for those who have trouble gaining. If I were to take it I'd get fat...Goodluck though![]()
