This is really good info for me. I'm 6'1" and about 188lbs w/ very little body fat. I've always had a rather lean build combined with a fast metabolism. My goal is to gain 8-10lbs of muscle (and hopefully lose more fat) so, I'm definitely intrigued by your posts. I hit the gym 3-4 days a week, mixing up my routine to be sure to target every major body part every week. Every now & then to mix things up even more, I do two days of circuit training, take a day off then two more days of circuit training. I guess I'm to a point now where I need to be more disciplined with my nutrition & supplements in order to reach my goal. Being that I always skip meals doesn't help my cause either.
