Ive done the 300 workout, work outs on bodybuilding.com and so on. Currently i am on my own thing....
2x10 110 lb shrugs to loosen up.
4x10 80 lb dumbell bench
4x10 50 lb overhead bench
2x10 50 lb db curl
2x10 50 lb db hammer curl
4x10 120 lb lat pulls
2x25 Pull ups
4x25 push ups, legs crossed, head up, all the way down and up
4x25 80 on the ab machine (doesnt hurt the shoulder)
And that pretty much kicks my ass.
Next I might try the Px90 workout. I found a torrent file of it lol so that sucka is freeeee
