^^^yeah honestly depending on how you break up your workout and what parts you're working, you can take off about 2 days a week. thing is, you need to give one muscle group about 2-3 days avg off before you hit it again, that's why you break it up and can afford to take a day off entirely to let it rest up before you hit it again (like do biceps on monday, then don't do it again until thur).
