all heavy for me, here are some of my excersises with reps and weight( not my workout routine)
flat dumbell bench press 150lbs x 10 reps
incline dumbell bench press 130lbs x 10 reps
dumbell shoulder press 100lbs x 10 reps
My 1rm for barbell bench currently is 455lbs but that was 4 months ago, i only max out every 6 months
BTW, I am 6'3" and 260lbs
and I tried that 300 work out, the first time it kicked my ass because it was a shock to my body but after that is was cake.
