hell, i posted in this topic when it first came up, since then i have put on close to 20lbs.. Im 5'9 160-163lbs.. the p90x workout is pretty good. i used the ab workout from it and it was bad ass. Something that has helped me gain weight is breaking down my meals into 6 small meals aday.And i hit the weights hard for about 2 months, then stoped and hit my cardio hard for about 2 weeks. Then started back on eating good 6 times aday and i gained 8 lbs in under two weeks. You dont need sumplements to get big or put on weight just got learn how "your" body works
