Scrawny guys are not "in" these days. lolol jk

I am 5'9/10 weighing in at a whopping 218lbs. I am on/off at the gym. I was doing the 300 work out and it was kicking my arse. I haven't went to the gym in 4 months. But, I still run a mile a day, drink aprox 125oz of water, cut out sugars, energy drinks, sodas, and all the fatty foods. I am taking Hydroxycut, and CLA as well as multi vitiams. I do 50 sit ups, 25 push ups, and 25 pull ups before work. At night I get on the ab lounge, and do 50 more sit ups, and then 25 more push ups, and 25 more pull ups. Back in high school I used HGH while I played football, I was lean and mean. I was up to 225-235lbs. I graduated, and lost myself ballooning up to 250lbs. I am happy to be back down to 218 as I type this. I've always been "thick", but I have about 10% body fat, Im just not ripped/cut.
