90 reps at 15 or 20 lbs dumbells
11 of them "arms out to the side and all the way up things" haha wit the 15lbs for shoulders/bac

60 reps with the 15lbs
7 more side lifts for shoulders/bac
EVERY fucn day... like honestly, i maybe take one day every month off, it's almost a problem with me haha. should i be takin like a day or two a week off?? i'm pretty cut but i wouldnt mind my chest gettin a little bit(jus a little tho) bigger... any advice or opinions? thanks
