I'm on a 12 week program which focuses on the whole body throughout the weeks by breaking up the muscle group into days I.E. 2-Day Split, 3-Day Split...etc.
I'm currently on Hydroxycut Hardcore, NOxplode, and Celltech. My diet mainly consist of alot of chicken, fish, and beef. Even though I've shed alot of unwanted fat, I'm not really going for the ripped look than most for strength and keepin' a big body. Besides...fuk a 6-pack, big guys are 'In'.
