I haven't been to the gym in a long time. But I'm about to get a membership somewhere else at one.

Before I got sick I did 300 situps, and 300 crunches.
50 lunges
jump rope
taekwondo
Run 3 miles
Bike 1

But now that i'm getting the hang of it again:
150 situps, 150 cruches
Run 1 mile
Bike 2 miles

(Do this every OTHER day) God willing....

I am about to buy that Ab Rocket thing..looks like it would be good for me.
