i was wondering, just didnt know for sure. our kicboxin gym shut down, and we just got a new mma one but i havent had a chance to chec it out yet, so ive been doin that routine every damn day since then and that was about a year ago

thanks for the heads up tho, should i take about 2 days off a week? like saturday and sunday? or space em throughout the week? lmk man, my body used to this routine but i wouldnt mind havin a day or 2 to chill
