I change it everytime...you've gotta keep your body guessing...u can use the same workouts but don't do it the same everytime....

like one day do incline/decline/bench/dumbbell press


the following week do dumbbell press/pushups/pectoral flys/cable flys etc..

see what I mean? you'll see some decent gains through this method..just make sure you use proper form and take 60 sec. between reps
