    Ha na man his body weight fluctuates (spelled wrong) really easy...
    he use to wrestle in high school and just knows how to gain weight and stuff...
    He went from 250 to 190 in 6 months off of eating right and working out...
    Dont really need to take anything unless ur tryin to get those "beach muscles" in lilke a few weeks or something....
    DIET DIET DIET... thats all you really need...

    same stuff as GNC just takes a couple of days to ship and its WAYYYYY CHEAPER (this coming from a previous GNC employee)
