i was doing the 300 spartan workout before but it was kicking my ass, and i wasnt seeing results...

im at a point right now where anything i do contributes DIRECTly to my body and i can see results almost immediately.

like i said , i have a different frame , my shoulders are broad and my chest is large naturally , i just need to work a little on them, but my ab area is getting into shape , if i flex i can see riblets.

and im not trying to eat right now since im trying to do a cleanse first...

i have been looking up fight club workout , but it looks wayy too intense...

my BMI is 19.5 , which is perfect
