As far as laps and what type of swimming you do is entirely up to you. Do what you feel most comfortable with.

Green tea will help you cut.(once a day).

Stay on your diet.

Your not in bad shape, your just not toned up at all. Keep with what your doing and swim on the days your not working with weights. That way your getting some kind of exercise daily.

Your definitely a little guy, but that doesn't mean your at any kind of disadvantage. Things will progress faster than you think.

80% of everything is nutrition. 10% how hard you work. 10% genetics(I'm f*cked personally).

Tuesday-swim
Wed-gym(pulling)
Thurs-swim
Fri-gym(legs/shoulders)
Sat-swim
Sun-rest

Your well on your way man, just hit the gym and the pool hard and you'll be good to go!
