hey, ive been a health nut lately...i been doing a water cleanse along with fasting, drinking a little more than half my weight in water with 1 meal a day plenty of grain/protein.
i weigh 144 pounds, 5'11'' (usually weigh in around 140), but im guessing 5 pounds of just water weight because of how much i have been drinking.
i want to start working out , i have always been strong for my size, but not cut. i have been doing 10 push ups, 10 crunches and 10 sit ups, trying to work my way up to almost 500 a day. just need some advice if anyone knows this type of diet/workout routine on what is the outcome.
i can definitely see a difference with the water cleanse, and hoping to gain 15 pounds of muscle.
also to add, my metabolism is insanely fast.
