At your weight and height you need to start weight training and eating healthy food..lots of carbs and protein b4 workout and lots of protein after..drink a protein shake b4 u go to sleep also..you need to set up a workout where you do high reps and decent weight, what that will do is get you cut while gaining size.you dont need to be on the water cleanse..drink a little more than a gallon a day. IF YOU WANT A WORKOUT PROGRAM LET ME KNOW.
