Ive tried the 300 work out, and kicked my ass. I am 5'9'' 215lbs getting to the point of where I want to be. I am all over the gym, and it's hard to describe what my work outs could be called...LOL But I joined up almost 3 months ago, started benching 250, and now I am up to 315lbs I have always been wicked strong, and if you don't believe me let's go to the gym. I am using Goat Whey, and drinking about 125oz of water a day...cut out all junk food, and sodas. Mind you this as well, when I started out, I weighed 243...I did lots of cardio (running 2 miles a day) to loose most of the fat, and then started at the gym to bulk, and tone.
