dont use it. just drink coffee before your workout and a protein shake right after and keep a protein rich diet while watching carbs and you will drop body fat quick. I got to 5% bodyfat with no supps except protein powder before my bike wreck. After the wreck i started to use it and damn near had a heartattack..
