Faith in a fictional being has always been bullshit to me. I believe in my self and the fact that I decide my own destiny according to how I live my life. I also have faith in my family and friends because they are REAL people who actually effect my life.

My pourpose is the same as any other creatures purpose, to survive and reproduce. It's every animal/creatures purpose. These are "instincts" that we are born with.

Where do I think I'm going when I die...in the ground just like you. My mind is dead my body is dead...I will be worm food.

why don't you just go out and murder your enemies if no one is going to find out about it.

Like I said my goal is to survive. If I started doing those things you mentioned I wouldn't get very far. That's why I live by society's rule's...I don't need a book to tell me whats right and wrong.

i guess what i say doesn't apply to you then, because apparently you were born with this knowledge and you don't learn from outside sources. and don't say older people because where do you think they learned it from, it all comes back to books.

you go by what soceity tells you? what if you were raised in a remote island where cannibalism was practiced. would it make it right? majority rules makes people more comfortable and dictates order, it has nothing to do with what is the right thing

Of course I learn from books, but not ones titled "the bible". I also learn from my own personal experiences. I don't rob people because I wouldn't want anyone to rob me. I dont need the bible to tell me im going to hell just to keep me from robbing someone. Im able to make my own thought and my own ideas...something you dont seem to do much of.

Obviously if i grew up where cannibalism was practiced i would think it was ok...I don't see where you are going with this argument
