If you get headers, the warranty is voided because you are exposing it to excessive heat. Lightened crank pulley, overdrive and underdrive pulleys are mentioned in the small print of the warranty. if you get the TRD supercharger installed from a Dealer you get a 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty on it. If you buy it over the counter you get a 12 month part warranty. And to be honest with you, with the parts warranty it can be hard to get it replaced under warranty cause most likely they will say that you installed it wrong or ran it wrong or something like that.

The act of getting the header installed wont void your warranty, However is there was a problem, say catalytic converter was to go bad and you came in to get it warrantied. When they see the header, they will decide not to warranty the converter and immediately place blame on the header. thus you will be stuck with a bad cat. This scenario replies to any aftermarket part you may choose to add to your vehicle.
