    Axix, you should just ditch the freaking competition clutch. I have almost 190k miles on my factory clutch master cylinder with no issues and I've had upgraded clutches for 70k of that. My trans doesn't balk at all with 9-10k shifts.

    The other thing you need to consider is going to a heavier duty trans fluid. OEM weight trans fluid does not cut it with a 400whp motor. I use the mobil1 75w-90 gear lube in my trans. For comparison, the OEM honda fluid has a viscosity of 10-11 cSt and the mobil1 has a viscosity of 14cSt. It's a bit thicker, which is very necessary on a high HP car. Mobil1 75-90 is good, but you can also try the redline MT-90. You really want a fluid with a cSt of around 14-15 in there.

    You sure about that? The ep3 CMC has the triangular plate on it just like the RSX CMC.

    yep. obviously mine isn't nearly as clean after 180k+ miles.

    But yeah, ep3 CMC = RSX CMC.
