its a 250rwhp difference aerodynamics had nothing to do with it. The gt500 would have to be 1500-2000lbs heavier than the c6 for weight to be an excuse. But a 75 shot would make perfect sense it would put Marshall at about 515rwhp and 540rwtq. GT500 3,920lbs / 670whp = 5.8 lbs per hp. + with pass(150lbs) = 6 lbs per hp.
C6 3132lbs / 432whp = 7.2 lbs per hp.
C6 Zo6 3132 / 501whp = 6.2 lbs per hp. + with pass(150lbs) = 6.5 lbs per
In reality the GT500 should pull in both races... I mean the numbers are clear. But what doesn't make sence is that Lankhoss car is faster that Marshall's .... So why the GT500 even with a better wheel set-up got beat by a slower car?
Side Note:
GT500 owner should weight his car and do some GPS data logging to figure out why he is so slow.

The more I think about the GT500 the more it doesn't make any sence. Assuming his car is runing OK, his torque has to be retarted low like 500wtq, or is a show car with 500lbs in amps and TVs.. Otherwise his whp number are soooo wrong.
