    Ford lists the GT500's curb weight at 3,920 lbs in coupe form and 4,040 pounds for the convertible and chevrolet C6 at 3132 lbs... Math doesn't lie

    GT500 3,920lbs / 670whp = 5.8 lbs per hp. + with pass(150lbs) = 6 lbs per hp.
    C6 3132lbs / 432whp = 7.2 lbs per hp.
    C6 Zo6 3132 / 501whp = 6.2 lbs per hp. + with pass(150lbs) = 6.5 lbs per

    In reality the GT500 should pull in both races... I mean the numbers are clear. But what doesn't make sence is that Lankhoss car is faster that Marshall's .... So why the GT500 even with a better wheel set-up got beat by a slower car?

    Side Note:

    GT500 owner should weight his car and do some GPS data logging to figure out why he is so slow.

    either marshall is spraying or he built a big cube motor. i just dont think it is fair to the gt500 to let everyone know his mods and let marshall act like nothing has changed on his car.

    so here is a good scenario matt(slowhawk) and lankhoss ran about a month ago with matt spraying a 100 shot making 560rwhp and 620rwtq he barely pulled lankhoss. marshall claims 432 rwhp and ran better against the gt500 than lankhoss. so marshall would have been even with slowhawk with slowhawk spraying both light corvettes

    If you feel those are not accurate and the car still makes more power then not sure what to say. Thats the power it makes and if you want to spot $50 bucks to see it on a dyno that works for me.

    GT500 has a W/P ratio of: 6.7 pounds per hp

    &

    Lankhoss Zo6 has a w/p ration of: 6.8 pounds per hp


    So, Marshall your car had to be lighter that a stock C6 or their is something missing in the equation

    The 640 RWHP GT500 is not in this video - that is the white one. He ran the black one with ~670 RWHP. They both had 20" wheels when he ran them.

    Good point there....

    The more I think about the GT500 the more it doesn't make any sence. Assuming his car is runing OK, his torque has to be retarted low like 500wtq, or is a show car with 500lbs in amps and TVs.. Otherwise his whp number are soooo wrong.
