    I wouldn't be surprised if you're having some clutch slip up in the higher RPM's with it being pretty worn out.

    I was having that on my old clutch for who knows how long, just saw it on the dyno last Friday when I was getting retuned for 60# injectors and before I put the new clutch in. It pulls to ~105+ now in 3rd @ 6,500 - whereas before it would only show ~100 on the speedo but ~6,5k on the RPM because of slip.

    you know, its interesting you say that, because about 6 months ago i remember shifting into 5th riiiiiight at the 150 mark... saturday night, my gps said max speed was 144 and that was AFTER i hit 5th, so that would make sense... its cool tho, i start a new job this week so i'll have some extra income to throw at the clutch... we'll meet up again.
