but i do have to agree that some supplements, meaning most are a complete waste of money and a joke. and some things that work for some people might now work for others, every persons body is different and reacts differently to everything. you just have to find out what works for you best usually by asking and trying. alot of stuff will lie to you about getting big gains this and that in a little amount of time with hardly any work involved which is a complete joke. from my experience it takes 80% diet, 15% work, and 5% supplements. yet again this varies for some. but alot of labels will lie when they tell you what this product will give you. i try to only stick with stuff that i have seen work for others first hand. if you want mass and strength you should try a 5 x 5 or 3 x 3 workout. meaning by the time you do the last rep if your not dead your not lifting enough weight.m now the more reps you do the more lean muscle and less strength you will gain. that is mostly used for definition and toning in cutting cycles. but not if you wanna gain size and strength. my advice for some one is to do what i have been doing. find a good body building forum, join, introduce yourself, explain what you are doing and ask for advice, help, and tips. then you need to listen and ask questions as much as possible. now if you wanna get into steroids that is a whole different ball park. i do have good knowledge about that as well. it comes with the territory if you want to become a good knowledge body builder just a FYI. but i wouldnt recomend juicing it up unless you have a good base to start with and atleast 3+ years of sold dedicated body building. i have seen way to many fuck up their bodies from not doing it right. but if you do wanna roids i can get them for you lol thru a undisclosed source ofcourse
