    Default Weight Lifting.

Is anyone on here taking N.O Explode? I've been using it for like 2 weeks now, I was a little more pumped the first few days, but now i feel the same as before. I was also wondering if taking two scoops instead of one would make a difference.

That's how any supplement will do to you. Give you a he.ll of a boost the first two days or so. Then your body adjust to what's being fed to it and instead of burning it fast, it feeds whatever needs that nutrient. At least that's what I think.....

Cell-tech is a creatine not a nitric oxide...
I heard that Black Powder works good, and also have heard from friends that super pump 250 gets them going real good but messes their stomach up....

All of it is the same Black Powder, No-Explode, Superpump 250 its all very similar but your body will adjust and its not gonna effect you as much. I have taken both No-explode and Superpump always works for like the first week and then cant really tell after that. Never tried cell-tech but i have heard good results from it. No-explode really just gave me a big boost of energy and focus to workout. Ohh and yeah its all gonna mess your stomach up....

Why not just work out naturally? Go to gym every day and do what you have to do.

Some people, such as ecto-morph body types, need the little extra umph to see results.

that is true. i started lifting when i was about 18. not really heavy tho until i was 19 grew a little bit but when you don't see any improvements you need that little extra push. i take suppliments. now i am only taking creatine and high protein diet. the reason most people do roids is because you can get such huge gains that you would never see naturally and they become addicted and see that is their only way of getting even bigger. go look at my thread in this section. there is alot of good info in it.

in some cases yes and in some now. if your lifting for wrestling, football or some other sport that requires mass. but if your needing lean muslce you should be lifting with tension cables and such. but if you just want to get bigger like i did cause i got tired of being a little guy then it isn't a waste. i got tired of being scrawny for the last 18 years of my life lol. now im not huge by no means but i have come along way. right now im bulking this spring im gonna start a cutting diet so i can shed the extra weight i gained and see what definition i have earned.

Fuck suppliments. Do it natural. I started back at the gym in June weighing 210 with 16 1/2in arms. By August, I was at 215 with 17's. Then now I still at 215, but with 18 1/5 arms, benching 315. Did it naturally, just ate alot alot alot of high protein. My goal is to get back to my football playing form.....I am 5'9 and in high school i weighed 235 and was pretty much cut, and I was benching 340-350lbs.

    But to each, their own.

but i do have to agree that some supplements, meaning most are a complete waste of money and a joke. and some things that work for some people might now work for others, every persons body is different and reacts differently to everything. you just have to find out what works for you best usually by asking and trying. alot of stuff will lie to you about getting big gains this and that in a little amount of time with hardly any work involved which is a complete joke. from my experience it takes 80% diet, 15% work, and 5% supplements. yet again this varies for some. but alot of labels will lie when they tell you what this product will give you. i try to only stick with stuff that i have seen work for others first hand. if you want mass and strength you should try a 5 x 5 or 3 x 3 workout. meaning by the time you do the last rep if your not dead your not lifting enough weight.m now the more reps you do the more lean muscle and less strength you will gain. that is mostly used for definition and toning in cutting cycles. but not if you wanna gain size and strength. my advice for some one is to do what i have been doing. find a good body building forum, join, introduce yourself, explain what you are doing and ask for advice, help, and tips. then you need to listen and ask questions as much as possible. now if you wanna get into steroids that is a whole different ball park. i do have good knowledge about that as well. it comes with the territory if you want to become a good knowledge body builder just a FYI. but i wouldnt recomend juicing it up unless you have a good base to start with and atleast 3+ years of sold dedicated body building. i have seen way to many fuck up their bodies from not doing it right. but if you do wanna roids i can get them for you lol thru a undisclosed source ofcourse

now im not saying trying it natural isn't good because i have learned that is a good way to start. then when you stop seeing results STUDY, RESEARCH, and LEARN about what supplements do actually work and not the BS you waste money. like he said the body building industry is a 10 billion dollar industry that loves kids that throw their money away with the false hope they promise them. just do a little research about everything and it will pay off in the end..

Lol same here. I work out often and eat nothing but salad, grilled chicken and vitamins and I can't gain any weight. I have weighed 155 since I was 15...I just grew like six inches lol.
