So, do you want Copper plugs or Iridium plugs?!
what is a catalyst?
why is it you think you will need a larger radiator when you dont know what turbos you will have or where they will be placed?
why do you have cam gears, but not a fuel/spark managment system that will allow you to electronically adjust timing?
92mm Headgasket? WTF? does this mean you plan to run OVERSIZED pistons? otherwise, whats wrong with the stock headgasket?
Are you going to upgrade to a 4-bolt block, or run a forged crank with those forged pistons/rods?
blow of valve, i was under the impression VR-4's came with those stock?
What exactly entails a "fuel kit?"
Why is it exactly you think an Underdrive pulley will help you on a high HP application, do you not like the idea of having a harmonic balancer on an engine spinning at high rpms and ALOT of power?
14" brake kit? Don't want a suspension to match? really think you will need a big brake kit on a car you dont even know its intention (street, 1/4 mile, autocross, road course)

ANSWER EVERY ONE OF THESE QUESTIONS and come up with a BUDGET and a car GOAL (what type of track, what type of times) and then I will be glad to help you.

YES, THIS MEANS RESEARCH!!!!!!
-Iridium plugs.
-high flow catalyst converter.
-radiator upgrade is only a inch wider then stock but higher flow.
-I did had selected a fuel spark system i guess i didnt put it
MSD DIS-4 HO High Output Ignition Amplifier
-I haven't decided if to bore out to 3.15l (94mm) and 92mm is the stock size
-goin to run a genII forged crank.
-Stock vr-4 blow off valve has a 30psi limit and i dought i would go over that much boost but if i did..
-Fuel Kit at 3sx store is made of:
high flow fuel filter kit with lines going up to the front fail, fuel rail loop kit from front rail to back rail, and FPR kit with gauge to manage fuel pressure
-actually, its a aluminum crank pulley
and it weights 1 pound 11 ounces stock pulley is around 7 pounds.
- a 14'' brake kit, i would like to be safe, if not that just get slotted rotors.
- plan to use actually full intention is just fast accelaretion from a red light at mid rpm band launch.

-budget if done in two years from now, probally 12k max.
