here's something else i find HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!.....
I say Paul isnt at the top of the all time list of ACTIVE NBA players and you freak out in disagreement........
then you post your all time list and have 2 ACTIVE NBA players above him.

So tebow sucks because he had NFL caliber players on his team.
Rondo and Parker suck because they had HOF players on their roster
Cp3 great because he plays with shit.
Great logic

so what? their careers are done. cant take away from them. but rondo and parker is crazy. neither one of them is better individually.... yea their teams are much better, u insane?
tim dunca, manu ginobli..... kevin garnett, ray allen, paul pierce...... vs. blake griffin? LMAO! his supporting cast doesnt compare. hell 5-7 assists a game from rondo come straight from garnetts ability to make a mid range shot. which paul doesnt have a player that can.....
but w/e you say doesnt take away from chris pauls ALL time nba records! look for yourself what he's done in 7 years (not 5, count) and stockton played 19. not 20.....
but we can get back to miani/boston now, lol.....
Boston by 5 tonight

The best player on a bad team is always more celebrated. Tony Parker doesnt have to play the full season at full throttle. The spurs coasted into the playoffs while resting and preparing for the real season to start. Chris Paul is a stat machine on an insignificant team. Tony Parker has stepped up and rose to the occasion on the grandest of stages.
Tony Parker is better than Chris Paul.
The nba agrees with me, regardless of what you guys think.
Chris paul was on the ALL-NBA FIRST team.... not 2nd(westbrook)..... NOT rondo (third)..... you guys look ridiculous, not me....chris paul had 74 first place votes.... westbrook had 5, rondo had 4...... you guys dont watch all teams, obviously.
Chris paul was on the ALL-Defensive FIRST team.... not 2nd (rondo).... 13 first place votes for paul and 9 for rondo.....
the nba agrees with me.
Its the sane people that think Blake Griffin is an all star. He's not.
Its the same people that think Dirk was an all star this season, he wasn't.
Cp3 gets a ton of hype votes, he's not the best PG in the league.

I'm talking about the overall concensus.
Truth be told if I was picking a team from scratch I'd pick cp3. Bit that's mostly because of his age. Rondo would be a close second only becase he needs to round out his offensive skills.
Deron Williams I need to see more from.
Parker I think is still the best now, He's the best scorer, the best pick and roll, etc.
Paul isn't even in the conversation for all time top 10, 4-5 seasons doesn't put you in the category of the elites, sorry.

If you ask sports writers who the top 10 all time is, cp3 won't be mentioned. Fact.
Getting 3rd in MVP votes doesn't make him 3rd best in NBA this year I don't know how you get that LOL
And I don't mkow if anyone says he was the top PG in the league this year, most people still would put rose and Parker ahead of him

This is my last comment, seriously. You GA boys really think you know more basketball then these people huh?
Quoted from NBA.com......... From May 24th, 2012 .... Well into the playoffs and into San Antonio's winning streak, okc's playoff wins, and bostons streak
" Paul, an All-NBA First Team selection for the second time in his career, paced the league in steals (2.53 spg) and finished third in assists (9.1 apg), adding 19.8 ppg and 3.5 rpg. He posted 23 double-doubles, tying for 16th overall. Paul this season became only the second player (Tim Hardaway, 1990-91) in NBA history to average at least 19.0 points, 9.0 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals"
Quoted from the same nba.com article
"The All-NBA Teams were chosen by a panel of 120 sportswriters and broadcasters throughout the United States and Canada. The media voted for All-NBA First, Second and Third Teams by position with points awarded on a 5-3-1 basis."
74 voters said Chris paul was the best PG in the nba.
westbrook received 5 first place votes.
rondo received 4 first place votes.
tony parker received 41 first place votes.
On to the defense..... http://www.nba.com/clippers/news/pau...am-120523.html
on 5/23/12.... also well into the playoffs
"The National Basketball Association announced today that Los Angeles Clippers' All-Star point guard Chris Paul has been named to the NBA All-Defensive First Team. Paul garnered a total of 33 points (13 first place votes, seven second place votes) and becomes the first player in franchise history to be named to the team. Paul led the NBA in steals per game (2.53 spg) and total steals (152) during the 2011-12 NBA season. This marks the second time Paul has been named to the All-Defensive First Team (2009). Paul was also named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team in 2011 and 2008. "
"The voting panel consisted of the NBA's 30 head coaches, who were asked to select NBA All-Defensive First and Second Teams by position. Coaches were not permitted to vote for players from their own team. Two points were awarded for a First Team vote and one point was awarded for a Second Team vote. "
You're mixing what I said.
I said ALL TIME.
As far as right now, this year, I don't think he was the top PG, how many triple doubles did he have? What were Parker's numbers?
I'm not a Georgia boy LOL don't insult me :p
Im just not sold on cp3, he's a superstar now, but he's go company, I don't think he's top of the PG hill

Edit: fine cp3 is the best PG in the league.
Moving on, Boston wins tonight, do they have a chance, oR is Miami still favored

I had league pass this year. Best purchase ever.
Boston playing great, Miami looks stuck in neutral, no heart.

the 3 point shots are killing them. once boston stops their dream run miami will come back and make this interesting. i dont like lebrons lazy defense though, making me think he's throwing the game.... anybody else notice his lack of defense help or defense period?
Lebron is having a monster offensive game, 19 points at half. Wade disappearing again 1-8 to start.
Heat look lost.
Boston 3 pointers are hurting, but its not what's killing them, its the offensive rebounds. Both teams shot 50% fg roughly at half.
Not to bring this up again but watching Rondo play right now, have you ever seen a performance like this? He looks like magic

If you think there's no such thing as media bias, then you're a moron and probably dont own a TV set. Look at the NFL for example...... Tom Brady is the best QB in the NFL, but we've spent the last 2 seasons talking about Tebow every day.... why? because hes the "next big thing" the fresh topic. We could sit around talking about how great Tom Brady is every day...... but people dont want to hear it. They want the next thing. Chris Paul is that next thing. Tony Parker is the multi time champion that everyone already knows is great and doesnt need to be talked about. There's no media bias with Tony Parker.
The experts that make the polls, pick the allstars and rank the teams are always right i guess...... thats why the preseason #1 team always runs the table and wins the championship.... oh wait...........
Tony Parker is better than Chris Paul.
LEBRON IS SO CLUTCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i remember watching old bulls games and pulling for the other team to beat jordan............ but when jordan got the ball in his hands id always hang my head low because i knew what was about to happen. When Wade passed the ball to Lebron i almost jumped out of my seat in joy..............
shit.................. at first i was happy...... but now i realize that Lebron wont be on the floor to take the last shot...
Lebron hits great 3, falls apart on the line though.
He had a good game, Wade couldn't close. Bad coaching by spoelstra end of regulation, no shooters on floor easy triple team on lebron. Not his fault.

good game. just like the clippers, bad coaching.....
Good game, bosh for game 5??

After watching the end of regulation play, why did Lebron drive right? It was a clear out to the left, he drove right into the defense. makes no sense?
Wade got Daniels in the air, why didnt he jump into him, easy foul call, they do it all day.
Weird.
