I am partial to the TEL's. Just because the first 100ft are gone real fast. Especially with four slicks.
If the trans or transfer case on the TEL doesn't self destruct first. At that kind of power level the AWD et/mph ratio is as bad as the FWD cars. I see a lot of fast AWD 1gs that run mid 140 traps and still only in the mid 10s. Peters car runs 10.3s@145 so at that level a well setup FWD car is just as competitive. Why don't you ask Mike Reichen how many parts his Turbo4 dsm has been through running high 9s and low 10s.
