The books are the worst type of pre-teen age shit i've ever tried to read. The movies are poorly filmed, shoddily edited and crappy.

But, to their defense. They are genius in terms of Money.

Think about it. New Moon had the third largest opening in US History. Behind Spiderman 4 and The Dark Knight. But when you factor in the cost to make it......it blows them away. Cost them $50 Million to make that cinematic trash. They make what? $120 Million or so opening weekend. All from a production company that has only been in business for 3 years.

Paramount is kicking theirselves in their ass right now since they sold the rights to the movie to them.
