    ^^ completely agree 100%, do what he said.....you should also at least double your water intake whilke taking supplements, they may cause harm to your kidneys if you dont keep them hydrated....

    Like vtec_hawj said, counting your protein is the most important part of your diet for gaining muscle since your diet looks to be pretty clean. But since youre trying to bulk up then you can kick it to 1.5-2g per pound of your bodyweight depending on how much you're trying to gain. But make sure you dont go over approx. 70-80g of protein in one meal because your body won't be able to absorb any more than that and any excess will just go to waste.

    he's right. but some people can't handle that much protien. ex. I can. but 1 of my friends just gets the shits alot.

    a good plan with a strong work ethic and good partner will work wonders. g/l
