Is a combination of NO2 and protein good for gaining muscle or size? What are other good supps out there to gain good results. I don't really like creatine so that's why I left out CE2. I heard that if you combine NO2/CE2 that it works out great.

How long have you been working out and how regularly do you go. Plus if the rest of your diet isn't in order then the supps are gonna be a non-factor basically.
I just started up again. It's been 3 weeks. It was about six months since I'd hit the gym. My workouts are usually an hour. Maybe a little more than that on some days. I'll do chest one day. Then shoulders/back the next. Bis/Tris/Forearms the next. Cardio the day after that. And then start the rotation back again at chest.
Is this alright what I'm doing or do I have to let my muscles rest a bit? As far as food goes...I drink a protein shake everyday. Turkey/ham sandwich for lunch everyday. Don't drink any sodas. Mainly juices/gatorade. Don't eat dinner past 6. I eat rice, vegetables and a meat group every other day for dinner. I stay away from the fast food places. I haven't started taking any other sups except for the protein yet.
Is there anything I need to change around?

NO2 is going to blow you up quick, but it will go away if you don't fill your body with the correct ingredients. My recommendation is this...don't do more than one supplement at a time until you know what's working for you and what doesn't. Other important things...take a multi-vitamin everyday. Believe me, it pays off, you get a good core of vitamins that your body will definitely need and also they're pretty good for preventing colds (I haven't been sick since like September). In terms of your protein intake, you have to make sure you get enough in your body otherwise the muscle will not show and all your work will be for nothing. The way it's calculated is that however many pounds you weigh, that should equal the amount of grams of protein you should be taking in per day, i.e. 210 lbs= 210 grams of protein. Gatorade is ok for you...if you have to drink it, do it during a workout, but don't overload. A small bottle is plenty, the rest should be water...you HAVE to drink a lot of water. My intake is ridiculous, I fill up a 24 oz bottle at the gym probably 3-5 times a workout, and then I drink a full gallon of water at work. Granted, I'm in the bathroom every 15 mins lol.
Just some punk trying to get by...

I always wondered if those multi vitamins were good for something. I have them sitting in the cupboards. I will start taking them. I will add more water to my intake of fluids also. I see how that works out. thanks soxfan30

hey i got one for you buddy..heres my advice ive been working out for 3 years almost and my recommend is this if you want strength gains you got to change some things...make sure your getting 1g of protein per pound of body weight..thats so freaking important..split your workout in this order...chest and tri's/biceps and abs/delts and quads/back and calfs....then rest for a day or 2 then repeat...no2 depends all up on you....for some people your body adapts to it...meaning you will come to a point where it wont work no more..thats how the human body is...so its always good to cycle...the label says you dont have to cycle but if you experience this you should..besides i think everyone should cycle on any supplement they take...my best bet is take creatine and protein as of right now since you just started up again...my recommends...is cell tech from muscletech and optimum 100% whey protein...i use them and they worked awesome...thats why i recommend them...later once you really get some good off of that and want to try something new use no2...i recommend gaspari superpump 250...it worked best for me even though ive used the original NO2 it didnt do much...and besides make sure you have a fast metabolism so you will digest the pills for its full effects...eat six small meals a day....2 hours in between every meal...here you go...heres a little intro...you got any more questions just pm me...**make sure you always get enough protein...1g per pound body weight...
^^ completely agree 100%, do what he said.....you should also at least double your water intake whilke taking supplements, they may cause harm to your kidneys if you dont keep them hydrated....

Like vtec_hawj said, counting your protein is the most important part of your diet for gaining muscle since your diet looks to be pretty clean. But since youre trying to bulk up then you can kick it to 1.5-2g per pound of your bodyweight depending on how much you're trying to gain. But make sure you dont go over approx. 70-80g of protein in one meal because your body won't be able to absorb any more than that and any excess will just go to waste.
he's right. but some people can't handle that much protien. ex. I can. but 1 of my friends just gets the shits alot.Originally Posted by JustinSane110

Get some of those nutrion drinks...like BOOST or some walmart brand stuff....works for me .....and always work out......protien shake before (1hr) and Right after work out...
jus goto SAM's club and buy a whole package of the protien shakes
why do that....
my football coach used to tell the scrawny mofos to eat a bowl of icecream and a PBJ sandwich EVERYNIGHT b4 they go to sleep... and avoid those "get bulky fast" supplements at all costs ... and a close friend of mines was LITERALLY a toothpick... this mofo took his advice every day after practice he'd eat a PBJ or two... whenever i saw him he would be eating something. I have seriously seen this kid go from 140 in like 10th grade to like 200+ by graduation time, all lean. this mofo is like 5-8" id say.
maybe it worked for him but not others..besides hes an athlete...im pretty most of us guys dont have all the time athlete does...he has all the time to burn off that ice cream and pbj...you dont want to eat those...atleast not every night....its good to eat it once in awhile for like say a reward for your hard diet....besides when your in your teens your hormones are still developing and you still have alot of testosterone...guys that are older lack that stuff thats why they made testosterone boosters...well anyways when in your teens you always have energy to burn...its a part of growing up...now if you really want to pack on some meat try eating a good protein meal say...steak and whole chicken....you dont want to eat something with bad calories but good ones..heheh...
lol thats what im all up for steak and meat and etc... lol but i eat whatever the fuck else i dont give a fuck lol... this isnt my forum.... i am the opposite of this forumOriginally Posted by vtec_hawj
I was giving some tips that helped my friend... But my football coach was STRONGLY opposed to any health supplements AT ALL.
He was a strength trainer at clemson or something, i believe.

muscletech is good...i believe they are...worked good for me but its still up to you...hehehe...
yea the superpump 250 gave me the most out of nitric oxide...it gave me a nice awesome pump...
