Eat a ton of clean food....Drink lots of water...Work out hard but keep cardio at a minmum while your trying to gain...Drink whey protein and try to take in atleast 170-200 grams of protein a day to get to the weight you want. The only supps i take are whey and glutamine. This is all i do and I went from 162 to 230 and leaned up to about 212. It takes time and effort and it wont happen overnight so you have to stay commited to it. There this stuff called epistane that alot of people are jumping on board with but Im scared to touch stuff like that because you have to take all these other things to basically keep your liver from failing!
