don't smoke, eat mayonnaise on everything and try to eat more than 1-2 meals a day....wait nvm I did that. I'm still waiting on results. i was 140 now im 135 because my ass got sick. im in the same predicament though 5'11 and I want to be around 150-160. I do the whole muscle shake thing almost every night but it doesn't work...Probably because I eat like 2 meals a day
