    Default trying to gain weight

    Any suggestion and tips on how to gain 30 to pounds?..

    Alright I'm 5'10 and weigh 120. Any way I can gain weight and pack a bit of muscle?... I work out at least once every 2 days. please help.

    Supplements?... legal steriods?... etc.

    take weigh protein!!!!! you will bulk up! take a shake 2-3 times a day... or take cyto gainer!

    whey protien! Go to GNC or your local gym and talk to someone about your specific needs. 5'10 120lbs huh ....you are a stick! I am 5'10 190lbs I have been eating whey Protein it help you to gain muscle with some weight

    How the hell is whey going to help you gain that kind of weight?

    Seriously, take some damn gainers, it will help you gain leaner weight than just eating a ton.

    also to the 5'10 190 you mustve already been heavy before you did whey, also he said he wanted to stay pretty lean.

    consume about 1200 calories more then you normally would (About 4500-5000 calories). Weight gainer is always a good help if you can't eat much but make your diet a clean one. You don't want to gain weight by eating nothing but junk food or high in saturated fat. big breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, late snack. www.bodybuilding.com they have great information. if you need anything just pm me. i lazy to type lol!

    yea I want to be like around 150 to 160. not to much. but yea, I been thinking about mass XXX. 990 calories in one serving, with 50gs of protein. I might take it like twice a day. we'll see.

    I was 120lb about 9 months ago. No matter how much i ate or what i did i would stay at 120lb for some reason. I started on cyto gainer once in the morning, muscle milk before work out, and cyto gainer again before i went to bed. I also ate three meals a day and now im at 152lb. Cyti gainer works!!

    I'd have to say whey protein. Not sure about all this Cyti ganier shit or anything, but I've seen plenty of smaller guys do whey protein and gain weigh pretty fast.

    i've been taking it for the past 2 months and gained 17lbs
    i suggest to take after each big meal you eat

    stop drinking cokes eating fatty foods eat lots of healthy meals a day drink a 40G protein shake after every long workout or possibly some hard work. turkey, Chicken, tuna watever you prefer and again no cokes!

    some of the better shakes ive had are chocolate and peanut butter syntha 6
    its taste great and really is great protein

    don't smoke, eat mayonnaise on everything and try to eat more than 1-2 meals a day....wait nvm I did that. I'm still waiting on results. i was 140 now im 135 because my ass got sick. im in the same predicament though 5'11 and I want to be around 150-160. I do the whole muscle shake thing almost every night but it doesn't work...Probably because I eat like 2 meals a day

    Eat a ton of clean food....Drink lots of water...Work out hard but keep cardio at a minmum while your trying to gain...Drink whey protein and try to take in atleast 170-200 grams of protein a day to get to the weight you want. The only supps i take are whey and glutamine. This is all i do and I went from 162 to 230 and leaned up to about 212. It takes time and effort and it wont happen overnight so you have to stay commited to it. There this stuff called epistane that alot of people are jumping on board with but Im scared to touch stuff like that because you have to take all these other things to basically keep your liver from failing! But if your brave enough have at it.

    start lifting/less cardio, take a multivitamin, consume your body weight in grams of protein a day(2 whey shakes, 3 chicken breasts, can of tuna and 6 eggs is ~160grams), lots of lean meat, brown rice, fish and veggies, start drinking whole milk with every meal, and eat a very large breakfast (~8 eggs/half yolks, bagel, turkey bacon and milk). I think you're somewhere in the 3000-3400 cal/day range

    When you work out, dont Stay longer than 45 mins, try and keep moving between sets the entire 45 mins. Little to no running/cardio, lightly jog to warm up. STRETCH! For Mass gains you want to work with the heaviest weight you can with AT LEAST 8-10 reps per set, NO more than 12 (without maxing or killing yourself on the first set). Move quickly between sets, lots of water. always finish workout with a shake no later than 30 mins after you finish your workout. No food at least 3 hrs before you go to bed

    you will blow the fuck up in no time

    ok work out three times a day. monday , wednesday, friday. chest on monday legs on wednesday, back biceps on friday. after each work out take muscle milk. on da days u rest make sure u HIIT to lose fat. eat 3000 calories a day on ur work out days and u can eat normally on ur HIIT/ rest days. use to be 105 pounds two years ago...i am now 140 pounds LOL

    What about shoulders and tris??? I know ur not just using your chest excercises for chest/shoulder/tri workout

    you have to change your calorie intake. whatever your eating now raise it by lets say 500 calories... than when your body adjusts to that raise it again. etc

    work out keep eating till you get to your desired weight.
