Yeah I hear ya on how it isn't really feasible/doable for a lot of people..But you can see drastic changes in your physical health/appearance by spending an hour a couple of days a week(3-6 depending on your sched.) and eating properly(which is just a matter of
dicipline).
You really dont need a trainer or have to be one to get into great condition by building muscle and burning fat @ the same time.
Its just a matter of research and will power..And if you can fit it into your daily routine. I mean I have granted I am in real estate and a trainer. But before I became I trainer I was already in decent shape and was MAKING time for things ontop of working 60 hrs a week.
But I definitely understand where you are coming from with everything
