You really dont need a trainer or have to be one to get into great condition by building muscle and burning fat @ the same time. Its just a matter of research and will power..And if you can fit it into your daily routine. I mean I have granted I am in real estate and a trainer. But before I became I trainer I was already in decent shape and was MAKING time for things ontop of working 60 hrs a week.

absolutely agree on the bolded points. i mean i guess that's why ppl get trainers, bc they don't want to/can't do the research on their own and might not necessarily have the willpower and discipline to stick to something like this one their own. i'm not going to lie, i've been on my plan for about 2 months now and the sh1t isn't easy, there are always days you want to cheat or might not want to work out.
