You gotta do some kind of cardio with your workout man. Just throwin up a few weights and taking a stupid pill isn't gonna do much. Even at least 20 mins or so of cardio will do you good . And you don't have to make a DRASTIC diet change right away. You can still slack off, but just try to eat A LITTLE better than you were before. I still go out and eat fast food almost everyday. Just make better decisions, such as chicken sandiwches or something without the mayonnaise and such. I lost about 20 pounds since I started workin out and I still eat like a mofo

Oh and drink a lot of water!
