His retaliation from what I've gathered through messages was that he had no intentions on working this out, or fighting. Right out the gate threatening to end me. Thank you for the advice, as far as a written document explaining refund goes I offered to make a receipt, contract whatever you wanna call it and he didn't want to do that. I had no problem with a refund the first month into it. I shit you not literally took his money and hid it from myself to insure something like this wouldn't come about. 2 months then onto 3 I had no choice, legal fees for traffic violations, rent, and just dead honest having no money to my name I finally used his money for bills that were way over due, then sold the car that I had already recently experienced the worse possible outcome from if anyone remembers the aftermath of how my car looked when it was returned to me unfinished by a shop I paid for a full rebuild from, but thats neither here nor there, my worries are my girlfriend's and my personal health.
